FOCUSed Father was founded by Chris Berg in 2007 to spread the message that fathers must be actively involved in their children’s lives on an ongoing basis.

At FF we believe that if we fathers put our Family first, pay attention to Only what really matters, Care more than anyone else, give our Undivided attention, and Say “I love you” often that we have a foundation for parenting our children to bright futures.

FF is not a step-by-step guide to fatherhood. We simply don’t believe that parenthood can be approached that way. However, we aim to provide practical ideas on being present and staying connected with our children. There are many different thoughts on how to parent children. We will not debate them at FF. We simply implore fathers to make their children their FOCUS through continually seeking opportunities to be present, and get connected to, their children.
